Technology is not a monster. The monster is our constant fear of the unknown. ENG/ESP

For a long time, I had a deep fear of technology. I knew how to cast it in the role of a menacing monster, capable of destroying the world and robbing humanity of its essence. For a long time, I had a deep fear of technology. I knew how to cast it in the role of a menacing monster, capable of destroying the world and robbing humanity of its essence. As the course progressed, however, I was able to understand that the role it played in my mind was far from what technology really is.

Technology is not an evil entity with a life of its own, but a tool - powerful and immense - managed by imperfect humans. It is not dangerous or harmful. It can be seen and felt. Though it sometimes seems to slip through our fingers, it is before our eyes every day. And it is almost as human as any of us; it is changeable, it is evolving, and it is ready to help in the face of others' need.

It is the answer to countless questions that would remain unanswered if it did not exist: Talk to a person on the other side of the world via video? Technology. Create an image from a word? Technology. Make it easier for customers to access a service? Technology. It is the possibility, at least for a while, to convince ourselves as limited beings that -almost- nothing is impossible. It is in our limitations that technology lies. At the point of "I can't," this great tool is born.

Although technology is spoken of as the future, it is the present. Perhaps it is its constant surprise that leads us to place it in the uncertainty of the future. But it is the here and now of every day, every place, and every industry.

It is important to learn and understand how to follow its rhythm so that it does not become a distant and cold stranger. It is important to learn how to surf the millions of waves it presents to us. And the millions of waves it will give us. Technology is change, it is progress, and it is determined not to stop growing.

Technology is not a monster. The monster is our constant fear of the unknown.
